Hollowed Palace

This work is part of my installation work ‘Latent Encounters’ and serves as a physical marker of the impossibility of the digital space I have staged for the debate within the video.

My own institution is being hollowed out as the staff are being threatened with redundancies. This act of hollowing out is applied to my issue with the regressive architecture of the Houses of Parliament.

I am physically gutting the institution by 3D printing what I deemed to be a negative space.
